I had a package I had arranged with you guys to be delivered today. Your team assured you I would get it today. I told you I would be travelling, I took the liberty to call numerous time through the day. The manager Andrique called me to assure me I would get it today. Despite that, no one called to tell me they wont bother to be delivering. Useless customer service. The fact that you have to be passed through 4 people and be sent from pillar to postr to get through to customer service. I had the most horrible experience first time using your services.
