Stinking Attitude and Incompetence

This company is very ***********. First, they claim I gave them the wrong phone number yet they keep on calling me on the same number. Secondly, they claim my home address is incorrect yet they are the ones searching incorrectly on Google maps. They delayed my parcel delivery for over 2 days because of this. I then sent my location to them on WhatsApp and they acknowledged it. I asked them to call me at least 30 minutes before they delivery and they agreed and then they didn't I got a call from the driver when he was at my gate and I was not at home. When I contacted their very rude agent, Lerato Maphanga, she said it's none of her business and she cannot help me further, accusing me of not giving them my home address and not answering their calls when I answered their calls all weekend and even sent them my home location. Lerato was very rude and was not even willing to assist me as a client. I'm very disappointed at DPD as I've been ordering on Shein for years and I've never encountered such, this was the first time they were delivering my parcel to me.
