Still have not received my delivery

The worse service ever...been waiting for my order for weeks now and now the agent that calls me claims that i hung up on her whlist she requested for my address and i provided her with it.Was i supposed to make a conversation with her whilst i am busy training people. This is so frustrating shame. The address is clearly specified, i have been receiving herbalife deliveries for years because my address is CLEARLY stated on my profile. This is the first.
