STEVE MADDEN ORDER ONLINE VIA DPD LASER COURIER, BE CAREFUL PEOPLE OUT THERE, BETTER AVOID BUYING ONLINE THEN!!!

dpd laser, I've ordered from steven madden online on the 9November 2022, and got an email confirmation that my order will be delivered by dpd on monday 9NOvember 2022, ckme monday i received an email and sms that my order will be delivered but no one contacted me and got an sms that i was not reachable, daa! When my phone was online the whole day!, next day got an sms that they couldn't deliver again? Who does that? Without even calling me nothing!! I dont know whether they are waiting for my order to disappear or they are saving petrol? What type of customer service is that?? So disgusting!!! STEVE MADDEN SHOULD ALSO LOOK INTO TO THIS!!! ITS SO UNPROPER and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Hope to get feedback from them!!!
