So disorganized

I’m really disappointed with this company’s delivery process. I never received any notice that my parcel was out for delivery — no email, no SMS, nothing. The driver just called while I was at work, and when I offered to drive to meet him and collect the parcel myself, he agreed. But when I tried calling back, the number led to the head office, and they told me that wasn’t possible. After several phone calls and being told the driver would be informed I was home, I still got an email saying delivery failed. Completely disorganized and frustrating.
