Slow, sloppy, and appalling communications

Every time I hear a package or document is being sent by DPD laser, I groan audibly. They take weeks not days, half the time the driver doesn't phone and just sits at the gate and then leaves, when they do deliver something, they usually are curt, impolite, and just generally incredibly sloppy from beginning to end. I'm now actively trying to find online retailers who don't use DPD laser.
