Slow delivery, No communication

Genuinely so frustrated with them, i ordered something on makro, dpd received it 10 days ago but give no communication, I was meant to get my delivery by the 16th according to makro but when I've called dpd multiple times on that day they said it would come followed by another call in the afternoon saying it wont come and makro should have explained how they operate, errr you mean very poorly? If you're a business please stop using dpd, courier guy is a million times better rather use them. (DPD, if you're reading this and trying to search my email I've used a different one for my order)
