Sies Jabu from DPD courier

I just got a call from a so called manager with the name of Jabu Maetha, who decided to tell me don't ****3en speak to me like that. This guy called and just said to me "ja my driver has been driving around to deliver your parcel and no one opened the gate" I told his why dont you call first before you deliver any parcel? I even explained that I took my son to school, this company claims that their driver was out 7:30 in the morning to deliver my international parcels.
