Sick and tired

I am really frustrated by this company’s service. I was supposed to receive a parcel last week Friday but today I have not received it with no explanations. They send me messages during the day stating my parcel is out for delivery and a message at the end of the day stating it could not be delivered. I have called since Monday same explanation everytime that it’s out no solution. I have never gotten a call that the courier guys are at the gate, nothing. I really need this parcel as I will be away Friday till Tuesday and need it for that.
