**** show courier company

This is the most Terrible courier company ive ever used. I have placed a order with Shein about 2 weeks ago and i got a message saying that it has been delayed due to the weather and all that few days passed got a notification saying that my order is still with the logistic company which is DPD. Days went by, and i got a call from a lady called Sibongile confirming my address and said that my package will be delivered the next day. I called them asking where it is as i didn't get a call from the driver.. Sibongakonke answered saying that package will only be delivered on Monday. As my address had to be amended i dont get why as the address used on the app was the correct one....Wy the HELL is my order taking long to be delivered I DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE Its a **** show
