Shoddy service

I placed an online order which was due to be delivered on the 20th of December 2023. After several call to the call centre advising them to deliver during working hours and before 16H30 , they continuously ignore my requests and deliver after hours, when the business is closed. The redelivery took place on the 21/12/2023 @19H14, 22/12/2023 at 17H20 and now today, 28/12/2023 . It is now 16H39, no delivery from Driver Warryn Govender ND526816, nor a phone call advising of expected delivery. what part of 16H30 during working hours in not understood.
