Shocking Service every time

When I see a parcel is being delivered with DPD Laser I never hold any hope. Their service is absolutely shocking and disgusting. Ronel Jurie is appalling at her job. After being told my parcel was out for delivery "today" it never came. Upon follow up the next day I receive no response. Chasing up further I simply get told in capital letters that my details are incorrect. I decided to go to DPD Laser to collect my parcel myself. All contact details were correct on all documentation. Writing to Ronel Jurie asking for some clarity on the matter and how disappointed I was with their service (again)- especially as this wasn't the first time its happened - the reply I receive is simply "noted". Why pay to have a parcel delivered when you have to collect it yourself anyway? There is no attempt at an apology, no explanation for lying about my contact details being incorrect and zero communication or accountability. I would avoid using DPD Laser at all costs.
