Shocking service

At 16.38 the online tracking of my parcel indicated that it could not be completed. At 17.18 it showed delivered!! Not to me! I have been at home the entire day. After holding on for 25 minutes to the helpline it was imp**** that I am wrong!!! There is a signature…. Well not mine! Absolute incompetence!!
