Shocking Service!!!!

I am extremely unhappy with your services. My parcel was due to be delivered today and I got a text saying it could not be delivered. I called this morning for the driver to call me when at the gate and nothing of the sort was done. Now I must wait another day and that is if it even gets delivered!!! The call waiting time to speak to an agent is beyond ridiculous. I am NOT happy with this situation.
