Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service from this company, when I call the call center they told me they will not put me through to a manager as I want to put in a complaint, when I asked for the persons name they put the phone down in my ear. Shocking, shocking, shocking. They ask for a cell phone number and then don't call when delivering the parcel so cancel the delivery and say I will only get it next week otherwise I must collect. What a useless service. Any other courier company is better than this. Should have a negative star rating.
