Shocking service

It seems to be a thing with this company,

My parcel was out for delivery yesterday. I track my parcel and see that delivery could not be made. According to the call centre we did not answer our phone when the driver arrived. The parcel was being delivered to a business which is open the entire day with security, I received no phone call and was in premises the whole day.

In between finding out this info, I was hung up on 3 times and put on hold twice for so long that my phone cut out.

Today I see my parcel is not out for delivery. When yesterday it was. I can’t collect from the depot and I am supposed to be on a plane tomorrow with the contents of the parcel.

Terrible service, I will be letting the company I ordered from know that they should not be using DPD laser as I don’t feel like ever buying from them again if I have to deal with them as a delivery service.
