Shocking (non existent) service

I have not had such shocking service from a courier company - EVER! Held on forever to get through to your call centre, and then when I started asking my questions and asking for an update on my parcel that was supposed to be delivered last Friday - I get cut off! Called again and was told I was caller number 39. After 30 minutes I am told I am 1st in line, and then suddenly I am number 38 again! How is this even possible. My LICENSE has expired and your shoddy service could result in me receiving a fine! After 35minutes the best answer I get is that it will be escalated!! Get your act together!
