SheIn order that is not delivered.

DPD drivers are failing us!! I ordered from SheIn and my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The DPD driver was supposed to deliver yesterday but he/she didn't deliver my order. I got the message yesterday saying they are out on delivery but mine wasn't delivered and no one notified me.

I was at home waiting for my to delivered to the school that's close to me since I have used the school address. I used the school address since I'm from deep rural areas of which I don't have the straight address to my home.

When I login to my SheIn account the status says. Failed delivery and the reason was I wasn't at the address of which is not true cz I wasn't told to come and collect my order. From the morning untill now I have been call them nonstop and their response was the driver is out doing deliveries but until now my order is not delivered by DPD.
