Shein order: appalling service

Appalling service! Buffalo logistics, which normally deliver Shein orders, allocated my parcel to DPD Laser. As I track my order I see there is really slow progress and call Buffalo they inform me that according to their record my parcel should be delivered within the next 72 hours. I decide to also call DPD and rude agent tell me that they have a shortage of driver and delivery will be delay by 5 days. So I insist on collecting my parcel and they say they do not allow collection? I asked the agent why can’t I collect a parcel that belongs to me and that I paid for with my money since they are failing to do their job. Instead of providing reasons of why I cannot collect the agent hung up the phone.
