Shein - Assigned Courier

I ordered from Shein on the 28th of April and got assigned DPD Laser to deliver my parcel between 06-12 May. Since 04-07 May 2026 there was no movement on my parcel since customs were cleared. Then on Friday the 8th my parcel was handed over to DPD and on Saturday 09 May my parcel has arrived at the PTA warehouse. When I followed up as to when my parcel will be delivered I am informed delivery will only take place the 13th of May. This falls outside my ETA according to Shein and no efforts are being made to deliver my parcel within this timeframe. When I queried this on email, my query is ignored and I am told delivery is scheduled for the 13th. Please take note I am located in the N4 Industrial Park - 10 minutes away from the PTA warehouse and again, no efforts are being made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DPD LASER!
