I am extremely disappointed with this courier service. I received a notification stating that my parcel will be delivered and then when i cheked on website saying unable to deliver was told to log into the website to see the reason. When I checked, the status was vague and unclear. I then logged a ticket through their query email, received a reference number, and No one bothered to tell me why my parcel wasn’t delivered
