SERVICE IS ********* AND APPALING

Their service to say the least is appalling - you can never speak to anyone , every time u call to track your parcel the call cuts - their drivers are rude ...no customer service whatsoever

I have been trying to track my parcel for the past 3 days with no luck - You send an email to get assistance - no one responds to that email

Their Contact center is also as useless , you call to be told you are caller number 18 in the queue as soon as you get to caller number 1(one or two the call cuts and you have to call again , then the same thing happens

CAN COMPANIES PLEASE STOP USING THIS COURIER COMPANY IT IS DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST
