They have been the worst courier I have had to use and because my delivery is from SHEIN, I don’t even get to choose anyone else to handle the delivery. They incorrect update their parcel tracker to say the package is out for delivery when it is not. The one day it is out for delivery, there is no text message, email or call to say anything, just for the tracker to update delivery failed?! Every time I call them I get a different story, every single time. I was told it was not out for delivery, I was told that they will escalate. I was told my package was lost, to be told again it was never lost and delivery scheduled for 4 days later. Even now I’m on the phone to get through to them, I was caller number 3 after 40 mins of waiting to be pushed back to number f***ing 20 without missing a beat.

Buffalo logistics needs to stop using DPD. They are a problem!
