********** service

It has been a very long time since I have experienced such ********** service. I have now phoned this courier service 5x times to get my parcel delivered. I have changed my address to the correct address 4x times and STILL they are too *********** to deliver a parcel for which I paid A LOT of money. The driver cannot even phone me to ask me where to go if he "seemingly" cannot find the building. During the last phone call, the person who answered simply just dropped the phone in my ear. I am at my wits end! My suggestion is to never use this courier service.
