RUINED MY CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS!!!

DPD has been sitting with my parcel since the 16th.

My children had a very sad Christmas because of the incompetence and ignorance of DPD employees. My parcel was sent from Johannesburg to Polokwane while my delivery address is Centurion.

On the 19 I called to enquire, I was call number 120 then when am caller number 1, I was sent back to be caller number 120 again. I finally got hold of the agent named Nosipho who then changed my address as I was travelling on the 20th, nothing changed, on the 24th I called and was assisted by Dikeledi.

Today is the 26th and there is no movement on my parcel, just sitting and having a festive season at DPD depot for no reason.
