Rude obnoxious delivery company

I had some idiots arrive at my house hooting like lunatics. They have a parcel for me, okay where are you from? They wouldn't say what they were delivering, were outrageously rude and when I asked who they work for they wouldn't tell me and drove off. After leaving the parcel for me which I didn't sign for. When I phoned to complain, I get cut off! What the hell kind of service do you offer? ****** fools!
