Rude Drivers makes the company look bad

I can’t begin to express how frustrated I am. So, there is a specific driver in particular who is extremely rude, he goes by the name of Thabo Mtshali. One thing about him, he will not deliver the items to your door like all drivers do. Its the second time I have encountered his rudeness. I do not appreciate that and I would prefer if I have a delivery, please do not send him.
