Rude call centre agent!!!!

I called the call centre and a ****ing arrogant black female agent answers. That rude ***** decides to cut my call when i asked her can she check with the courier as to what time my parcel will be delivered! Absolutely ****ing rude people that work in the call centre. Miserable piece of ****s!
