Rude call centre agent

Rude call Centre agent - I just got of the call with a very rude consultant . at 08:49 I was TRACKING down my delivery . She was Cold and wasn't bothered , I asked her if she is ok and she said it is none of my business !! I asked her for her name and she refused . She called me back now at 08;52 telling me that she is going to return my parcel that I wont be receiving it anymore !! the number she used is *** tracking number RS***8
