I have been waiting for my delivery the past two days, they send messages that the delivery could not be made yet I do not receive any calls from the driver… How do you cancel a delivery without calling the customer first? Today I made efforts to call the company and the ladies who assisted me assured me the parcel is with the driver. So basically it’s the driver who decided not to bring my order and cancel the delivery? Next thing my order will be returned to sender at whose disadvantage will that be? The service I’m receiving is really bad
