Ridiculous service

This is now the 4th time that I order something online where DPD Laser is the delivery company and the following happens: My order is shipped on time, then it is just logged that they couldn’t deliver, but no one called me, messaged me, emailed me… nothing! Then after a few days the tracking says again: Out for delivery today…. And then again back at depot or couldn’t deliver…

No communication whatsoever. And emailing them only gives me a ticket reference number, but still nothing happens! I have no idea if my parcel will ever arrive!
