Repeated Broken Promises and Utter Disregard for Customers

DPD promised to deliver my order on Saturday. They failed. They then promised to deliver today (Monday). Once again, they failed.

Worse still, their drivers keep claiming they cannot reach me on the new number I provided, which is simply untrue. I had my phone on me the entire day, waiting for their call. To claim my phone was off is a complete lie.

I am tired of wasting my airtime trying to resolve what should be a simple delivery. The level of incompetence and disregard for customers is beyond frustrating. And yet DPD hides behind excuses like “we can’t contact the depot” or “different departments” instead of owning the issue and fixing it.

If my order does not arrive tomorrow, they might as well send it back. This entire experience feels like a game of hide and seek rather than a professional courier service.

DPD, please get your act together. Customers should not have to chase after you to do the job you are being paid to do.
