RED FLAG :DPD Laser courier and Fast way courier!!

RED FLAG!!!! DPD Laser courier and Fast way courier is the worst. They make appointment and never show up. Ul sit all day no one shows up and no apology. This is my third delivery same ****y service!. They never answer their phone ***. Red. Flag!! Same as one of their delivery driver who will just show up when it suit him when u ask but u guys confirmed appointment date which passed days ago why ddnt you call to reschedule, he told me it's not his job to call. His name is Simphiwe fast way Driver ***, very lacking communication skills and customer service. They work hand in hand with DPD laser courier. They the worst.
