Really ****ty service.

I was meant to get a delivery from Takealot with this courier. Firstly they don't call to inform you that they might deliver on an earlier day and arrange for deliver.

The driver calls you as he's at your house and asks you personal questions which have absolutely nothing to do with what he is there for. I believe they want to see if your house might be vacant for some one or other reason.

Secondly their offices lie when you call them and don't call back. Please pray your package is not sent with these *********** people.
