Really Bad Courier Company

Worst Delivery Company ever. I change my schedule when they send a sms that they going to pick-up. Wait a full day, phone after 15:00pm. Say they cancelled it. Didn't phone me. Reschedule for the next day. Change all my clients... No pick-up the next day. Reschedule a 3 day... No, communication from their side. Worst service I ever received form a Courier company. I had received even delivers in this time at my house with other couriers and no problem. This is really bad, Really bad. Don't even want to give them one star. Just had to because it's require. Still not sorted out! Move my clients every-time because I want to be available for DPD Laser. My Loyalty is not appreciate by them, through no communication from their side.
