Poor service via a One Day Only parcel with DPD Laser

Really poor service.

They first noted parcel not sent due to address issue. The address is perfect, no issue, have used it for years and no one else seems to struggle with it. Following a phone call they then advise that it will be delivered and made a commitment, but nothing reaches me. Phoned again and now it's a new issue - this has been repeating over several calls and several failed promises. From what I can see the goods are likely lost and they don't want to admit it.

They are used by One Day Only - this is a One Day Only parcel, but despite having contacted both parties I still don't have an update or parcel. Really not acceptable.
