They failed to deliver a package on a Friday afternoon, stating "they couldn't find the address". Unresponsive call centre with rude call centre agent, dropping the call instead of assisting in tracing the undelivered parcel for collection.

No supervisor was available to escalate the complaint with the hope of resolving the matter.
