Poor service, perhaps non-existent is a better description

Terrible service delivery and don't even attempt to contact you but report it as delivery failed. Package stays at their "warehouse" for days without attempting delivery. Things get even worse after you've complained to them, out of shire spite they don't deliver your goods until the company that uses them tries to cancel your order. Can't understand how they still in business.
