Poor service - LOST PARCEL

If there was an option to give 0 star rating, I would have chosen that.

On 29 August I contacted DPD and spoke to Faith to book a collection from our office in JHB for an overnight delivery to CPT. I asked Faith for an email address to confirm the details. She said she will take the details on the phone. It was provided to her and she gave me a reference number JNB***0. The person who collected the parcel from our office, his name was Muhluri and when he collected the parcel he told Angel from our office that he already has waybills. He took the parcel away but this parcel was not delivered overnight on 30 August as intended. On 4 September I contacted the courier company and spoke to Bonolo. I expressed our dissatisfaction and asked her to investigate and ensure that this parcel is delivered to the CPT address in the morning. I did not hear back from her or the manager who she said will call me. At around 11h30am I called the courier once more to follow up on the parcel. I was told Bonolo is working from home. A person named Bonnita attempted to assist me. She was quite concerned and helfpul but as I type this, we still cannot locate the parcel. Bonnita said she asked both of the DPD branches in JHB and CPT to conduct a floor search for where the parcel is. Bonnita undertook to call me back once she has feedback. She said she will get the controllers and management to keep in touch with me as she is not able to make calls out. It seems DPD management does not care about their customers since nobody contacted me from 08h10am to give me an update. I would like the parcel to be located immediately. DPD will be held liable for all the costs we have had to incur thanks to their poor service.
