Poor Service from Mandisa

I just spoke to one of your consultants, her name is Mandisa, she was so rude over the phone, asking me whos "fault is it that they have a wrong number"

My delivery was not delivered today due to wrong numbers, in which i have updated them before ordering, i did not appreciate her tone at all, she even hanged up on me.

Your service is poor, because of people like MANDISA, now my delivery will be re-sheduled, SUCH AN INCONVINIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!
