Poor service

I was told on Friday Afternoon (27/12/24)that my parcel was scanned in at the Depot and that my parcel would be delivered as soon as Its already Monday afternoon and I haven’t received an SMS for whether my parcel is out for delivery or not This is ridiculous as my parcel should’ve been delivered today
