Poor service!!!!!!

I bought sneakers at Adidas and I was expecting delivery on 04/05/26, unfortunately there is no delivery made. I spoke to an agent on Tuesday as I was tracking my order and I was told to expect it on Wednesday. Sadly even now I have not received my sneakers. I sent an email trying to track my other and there was no response. I made a call Wednesday afternoon and I was told to wait for the following day. Today (o8/05/26) when I’m tracking my order it says delivery schedule for 11/05/26 at 8:pm. I’m surprised because I didn’t get to agree to such nor rescheduled. This company has caused me a lot of inconvenience regarding my delivery. This company is full of nonsense and are very good at sending WhatsApp messages informing me that they have failed to deliver
