Poor service delivery from DPD Laser express courier company

Worse service ever received from DPD Laser courier company. They don't stick to their promised delivery times, no communication at all from their side. Tracked my parcel on the delivery due date & was told that it's on board to it's destination till today. When you call them they say they have no idea why it never reached it's destination. Was told maybe in the next three daysI still have not received my parcel. This company should be closed down. I have not seen any positive reviews as I was reading now. Very poor service from them. Disappointed.
