Poor service delivery

I have emailed the establishment to enquire for an ETA on a delivery, and received no response. I then phoned them to speak to an consultant and when asked the same question was told that they can not supply me with an ETA at all. Did not even offered to give the driver a call to ask him. Any other delivery company would have been able to give an update or an ETA
