Poor Service Delivery

The company does not stay true to the word regarding the scheduled delivery. First the tracking states that the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. We wait the whole Tuesday and Wednesday. When I called on Thursday morning I was told it would be delivered before end of business. I called again on Friday morning when they promised it will be delivered before 18:30. Again it wasn't delivered. The same message was given of Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday saying that the driver could not locate the address. They just returned without even calling. I, the client have to keep calling in enquiring about my parcel.

Today I was promised "again" that it will get priority on Monday. Unacceptable service delivery.
