Poor service delivery and rude agents

I've been waiting for my parcel since last week the agent promised that it will delivered today now its on the floor when I called I waited for 25 min when the agent finally answers when start talking she hanged up the phone. Very rude agent this company had poor service delivery will never recommend it I wonder why myrunway sale still using them.
