Poor service delivery

I had just a very bad experience with the delivery of my order which from Thursday 13 February 2026 I received email that it has been delivered but obviously to the wrong person i just wonder which method of verification to confirm its the right person. Im very disappointed and irritated at the same time coz since then am trying to track my order using my own airtime everyday. They are just reckless
