Poor service delivery

Horrible! I have been calling dpd laser, sending emails and even spoke to someone from their accounts called Sintia/Sylvia or so. I still haven't received my parcel, nevermind my parcel I still haven't received a call from the driver that is delivering the parcel. Ive been pleading with them for the past 3 business working days. I pray that Legit South Africa will find a new courier company to work with because these guys are extremely unprofessional and they call themselves fast and the furious... But all they do is frustrate clients!
