Poor service and lack of communication

My parcel was scheduled for delivery on Thursday,and when tracking it online it stated contact not available whereas i didn’t receive any call from the driver nor dsd laser and on Friday the 20th I called twice trying to find out about the parcel and was ensured that it will be delivered but upon checking again it stated that “address could not be located .again no communication was made to me by the driver or the company , I called again on Saturday and the person that I spoke to confirmed that she could locate or see my address on Google maps and that it’s strange that the driver couldn’t , she also ensured me that she will escalate my query , I still have not received my parcel till today .. I’m really beginning to think that I am have been ****med
