Poor service

I have a very bad experience with their poor service when coming to logistics I ordered from shein and since my parcel it's with them from 7 December to day when I try to track on their side it's pretoria next day it's Johannesburg whereas my area address shows that I'm in pretoria I don't know which types of games are they playing I tried to contact them they put me on que when I'm in number 1 it suddenly hang up they should just leave logistics alone because wow they are poor in service
